The Procurement Management Unit (PMU) is the central hub responsible for coordinating, managing, and overseeing all procurement activities at ZIMCHE.

The Unit operates in strict compliance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDPA) Act, ensuring transparency, accountability, and value for money in the use of public resources.

Through structured procurement systems and governance frameworks, the PMU plays a critical role in supporting institutional efficiency and service delivery.
